Domestic Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
- If the packaging is found tampered with or damaged, do not accept the goods. Write to us with your Order number at support@nuimancephytovigyan.com. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- NPPL is not responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods once it is delivered.
- Customers can return the item within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- In the rare instance that you are unhappy with our product, you can drop us an email at support@nuimancephytovigyan.com with your Order number and a convenient time to call. One of our customer service executives will call you within 48 hrs. to understand the issue better and provide you with instructions on shipping the item back to us.
International Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
- Order cannot be cancelled once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
How to track your Order?
- A shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be sent to you after the items have been dispatched. Customers can use the tracking number to check the status of their order on the logistics partner’s website or on the ‘Track Your Order‘ page of our website.
